Natural History Walk
The Natural History Walk is focused on transmitting knowledge about the ecology of the cloud forest, which due to climate change is threatened and in transition to becoming a rainforest. This type of walk has the ability to show the main characteristics of the dynamics of the forest in the Monteverde area where the abundance of epiphytes, orchids and seed dispersal are some of the most attractive topics for visitors. In addition, in these spaces, the mission and vision of the organization can be seen through environmental awareness and education that have characterized the community over time.
The development of the conceptualization of the tour is based on an experience that allows you to experience an experience with a regenerative approach of an ecological and educational nature, which helps to spread the commitment to be a model of characteristic management of the area, this due not only to the interpretation of the natural heritage such as the flora and fauna of the site but also the cultural heritage, which makes our community very different from the rest of the country.
This methodology will be developed through the design of a regenerative experience that includes a walk where visitors will better understand the flora and fauna, enjoying learning about a unique system that stores 2.5% of the world's biodiversity, where the cloud forest has climate indicators, and they will learn about the impact of the conservation of this beautiful community.
