Community Rural Tourism
San Luis is located in the Tilarán mountain range and belongs to the Monteverde district of the Puntarenas province. The population of San Luis is about 350 people. This community is located 15 minutes from the Monteverde Reserve, but has not yet developed its tourism potential, since its interest is focused on not losing its identity.
For some years now, the community of San Luis has embarked on a path focused on building experiences of Community Rural Tourism, building spaces in their homes to share with visitors part of the essence of the community for a more select group of tourists.
George of the Cloud Forest offers a full-day linking experiences of different community ventures, accompanied by a professional and certified local guide.
