Nature Walk in Search of Endemic Species
This tour is designed for wildlife observers who want a more specialized approach. The tour focuses on the identification and observation of endemic species of birds, orchids, mammals, reptiles and amphibians that are very rare in the region, with highly qualified guides who provide detailed information and access to less explored areas of the cloud forest.
It contains elements such as:
- Monteverde Biological Reserve: A protected area known for its unique biodiversity, ideal for observing endemic and rare species in their natural habitat.
- Orchid Trail: A trail specialized in the observation of orchids, including endemic and rare species that are only found in this region.
- Primary Forest: Areas of primary forest within the reserve, where the flora and fauna have remained practically intact, offering the best opportunity to observe rare species.
